We have a lot of exciting things happening in the background, but unfortunately until launch there is little activity we can show. To assure you that we're alive and things are happening, we will be posting updates and related content as we march towards our first episode launch.
What exactly can you hope to expect from this show? Entertainment, education, and beer. Lots of beer. Anyone who enjoys beer also knows that not all beer is the same. Some prefer to seek a reliable stable beer, while others enjoy sampling a wide variety of brews to titillate their palettes.
We hope to provide service to both ends of the spectrum. In this golden age of micro-brewing there is so much out there, and we want to help you navigate through the crisp, sudsy waves. We want to help you find that special go-to beer, unlock new lands of flavor, enrich your minds with hoppy facts and have a few laughs along the way. The premise is simple. Each episode we'll feature a few beers and discuss their taste, appearance, availability and so on. While this is a review, we won't be trying so much to rate beers, as flavor is so subjective. We will be honest with our opinions, but encourage our audience to follow their own taste buds. We also hope to help you understand the science of flavor. Expect lab coats and chalk board diagrams!
Picking a beer to review today is like starring into infinity. There are so many varieties to chose. We spend hours trying to figure out which beers to start with. In the end the decision was to jump right in. We are hoping for feedback from you to help guide us on what beers you would like to see featured!
